BRENTWOOD TRAVEL
HONEYMOON REGISTRY AGREEMENT

We, ___________________________ and ____________________________ agree to book our Honeymoon travel and to set up a Honeymoon Registry Account with Brentwood Travel.  The date of our wedding is __________________.

The honeymoon arrangements selected total (will exceed) $_________. 

Brentwood Travel will provide the Bride & Groom, at no charge, 30 Registry Announcements.  Additional announcements may be purchased at a nominal charge.

When Brentwood Travel receives monies for the purchase of Honeymoon Gift Certificates, the Bride and Groom will be notified promptly per their instructions.  All such monies will be put into their Honeymoon Registry account.  A request can be made for an update on the balance of the account at any time.

There will be a 3% processing fee added to the cost of each Honeymoon Gift Certificate purchased using credit card (MasterCard or Visa only accepted).

If there are not enough funds in the Registry account at the time full and final payment on the Honeymoon is required, the Bride and/or Groom will be responsible for paying the difference.

Any funds remaining in the Registry account after the Honeymoon is paid in full will be reimbursed jointly to the Bride and Groom at the time travel documents are presented.

Any funds received into the account after travel documents are presented will be turned over to the Bride and Groom within fourteen days of receipt.  Gift Certificates may be purchased up to thirty (30) days after the wedding day and will be turned over to the Bride and Groom within fourteen days of receipt.

Should the Bride and Groom decide to delay their honeymoon, all monies given to Brentwood Travel on their behalf will remain in their personal Registry account to be applied to future travel.

Should the wedding not take place, any monies contributed by the Bride, the Groom, or the parents of the Bride or Groom will be refunded specifically to those persons.  All funds coming from other parties will be split and refunded equally to the Bride and to the Groom.
