This information is not optional. • Your name must match letter for letter what your government-issued I.D. shows.
• Prefixes (e.g. Ms., Mr., Dr.) are not allowed.
• Suffixes (e.g. Jr., Sr., III) are not allowed.
• If your I.D./profile name does not EXACTLY match the name of your frequent flyer accounts, you will not receive frequent flyer miles and elite status will not be recognized.
Contact Brentwood Travel to provide us with your name EXACTLY as it appears on your government I.D., your DOB and gender. We will update your profile and provide more details and answer any questions regarding this new Secure Flight policy.
