BRENTWOOD TRAVEL 2026 WINTER CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES

Contest ends February 10, 2026, at 11:59 pm CST.

ELIGIBILITY

• Open to legal US residents, age 21 or older at time of entry
• Winner must possess a valid US passport
• Employees, officers, and directors of Brentwood Travel, Apple Vacations, ALG Vacations, Hyatt Inclusive Collection, Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible
• Void where prohibited by law

HOW TO ENTER

1. Like the contest post on Brentwood Travel's Facebook page
2. Follow Brentwood Travel on Facebook
3. Comment on the post with a photo from a trip taken in 2025 with your travel companions
4. Bonus Entry (optional): Tag 2 friends in a separate comment for one additional entry

• Limit one primary entry per person; multiple entries will be disqualified
• Photos must be appropriate for all audiences
• By entering, you confirm you own the rights to the submitted photo or have permission to share it

PRIZE TERMS & RESTRICTIONS

General Restrictions:

• Winner will receive two separate certificates, each with its own booking procedures and terms
• Both prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Travel must be completed by June 14, 2026 (flights) and December 20, 2026 (hotel) - the earlier date takes precedence for coordinated travel
• Both travelers must be 21+ and possess valid US passports
• Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same dates and flights, and be on the same reservation

Blackout Dates (Both Prizes):

• 5 days before/after Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and major US holidays
• Subject to availability

Winner's Financial Responsibilities:

• Departure/arrival taxes 
• Travel insurance
• Airline baggage fees and optional services (seats, beverages, etc.)
• Ground transportation
• Any resort room charges, spa services, excursions, or incidentals not included
• All federal, state, and local taxes on prize value

Booking Requirements:

• Hotel: Must book 120 days in advance for Jan-Apr travel; 30 days for May-Dec travel
• Flights: Submit completed form and W-9 to Apple Vacations 14-45 days before departure
• Reservations must be made through designated booking contacts provided by Brentwood Travel
• Certificate required at hotel check-in; failure to present will void reservation
• Failure to meet booking deadlines or pay required fees will result in forfeiture

APPLE VACATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your completed form and W-9 must be sent by email to applevacationspromotions@applelg.net 45 days or less prior to departure and no less than 14 days prior to departure. Winner must reside in the United States of America. Reservations must be made through the Apple Vacations Promotions Department. We regret that Apple Vacations is unable to accept reservation requests by phone or in person. Trip is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute the vacation with another on charter air should any unforeseen circumstance occur. If winner contacts airline, trip will be forfeited in full. Winner must be 21 years or older and travel with a valid passport. ALG Vacations staff and family members are not eligible to win or travel. The winner and guest must travel on the same dates, same reservation number and flights – no deviations allowed. All departure and arrival taxes and Trip Mate Travel Protection Part B (approximately $100-$250 per person, subject to change) will be advised by Apple Promotional Bookings and must be paid by the traveler to Apple Vacations prior to departure within the time stated on your confirmation email. Air carrier baggage charges are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. Any optional service fees including seat selection, meals, and drinks are not included. Allow an average of 1-2 weeks to receive a confirmation on your trip. Once all fees are paid, Apple Vacations will email travel documents for charter flight once payment has been received. No changes can be made once confirmed. A cancellation will result in the forfeiture of this certificate. Restricted dates of travel include: 5 days prior to and after holidays such as Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and other U.S. government holidays (i.e. Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, etc.). Trips are subject to availability and blackout dates. Additional restrictions may apply. The parties are acting as independent contractors with respect to each other. Neither party undertakes by this Agreement, or otherwise, to perform any obligation of the other party. Neither party shall be construed as an employee, agent, legal representative, partner or joint venture of the other, or acting as the agent of the other in any respect, all other provisions of this Agreement, notwithstanding. Neither party shall have the authority to contract for or bind the other in any manner and shall not represent itself as an agent of the other party or as otherwise authorized to act for or on behalf of the other party. Prize valid for travel through June 14, 2026, no extensions allowed.

HYATT INCLUSIVE COLLECTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your prize will be a 3 night(s) hotel only stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort including resort taxes. Airfare, airfare tax and transportation are not included. Accommodations are for two adults in the lead in room category. Winner can choose to upgrade to a higher room category upon check in, at an additional cost. Winner can also bring additional guests for additional charge. Blackout dates include, but are not limited to, Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, New Years and Presidents Day. Stay is valid for one year from the date of drawing and is based on availability. You must make a reservation to guarantee space as availability changes daily. Reservations must be made a minimum of 120 days prior to arrival for travel January-April and 30 days prior to travel for May-December. Reservations are subject to complimentary allotment and may not be available even if rooms are available on the brand specific website or through another travel provider. Certificate is non-transferable, holds no cash value and cannot be extended. Ground transportation, room charges incurred, spa treatments, telephone calls, incidentals and all other additional expenses are not included. Travel must be completed by December 20, 2026. The resort will attempt to accommodate winner's preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at the Sponsor's sole discretion. A copy of your certificate is required at check in; otherwise the complimentary reservation will be void.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

• Winner will be selected by Brentwood Travel on or about February 16, 2026, at random
• Winner will be notified via Facebook message/comment by February 16, 2026
• Winner must respond within 72 hours or the prize will be forfeited
• Winner will receive separate certificates and booking instructions for each prize
• Winner must complete W-9 and other required forms

TAXES & LIABILITY

• Winner is responsible for all taxes on total prize value and may receive IRS Form 1099
• Brentwood Travel, Apple Vacations, ALG Vacations, Hyatt Inclusive Collection, and Secrets Playa Mujeres are not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred
• Travel is at winner's own risk. Winner assumes all liability for expenses not explicitly included

USAGE RIGHTS

By entering, participants grant Brentwood Travel unlimited rights to use submitted photos in any media for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Winner agrees to allow use of name, likeness, photo, and city/state for promotional purposes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Brentwood Travel reserves the right to disqualify entries not meeting requirements
• Brentwood Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel contest if necessary
• All decisions by Brentwood Travel are final and binding
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook
• Participants agree to release Facebook from any liability related to this promotion
• All travel is subject to supplier terms and conditions
