  • What is the initial deposit amount?

    A $100 per person deposit must be paid to confirm your spot.

  • How many travelers can share a room?

    This resort allows up to 3 guests per room.

  • Can I choose how long I stay?

    Yes! You can stay 3, 4, 5, or 6 nights within the March 15–21 window. All guests in the same room must stay the same number of nights. The minimum stay is 3 nights (March 15–18).

  • Can 18-year-olds room together?

    Yes — guests who are 18 or older may share a room together without an adult present.

  • Can a parent give permission for another adult to supervise their child?

    Yes. A parent may designate another parent as responsible for their child by completing the minor waiver. The child must stay in the same room as that designated parent during the trip.

  • Can my 17-year-old room with 18-year-olds if I give permission?

    No. Any guest under 18 must be accompanied by an adult — not just an 18-year-old. This is a strict hotel policy and no exceptions will be made.

  • Is airfare included? Can I book my own flights?

    Airfare is not included and is not yet bookable for March 2027. Once available, you can add it through the group or book independently. If booking on your own, you'll need to provide flight details for airport transfers.

  • What forms do I need to complete?

    All travelers must submit a Traveler Information form. Parents need to complete a Credit Card Authorization and Service Waiver to confirm the deposit. If assuming responsibility for another family's child, a Minor Waiver and Accepting Responsibility form are also required.
