Rave Review: Custom France & Greece
Paris
Starting their trip in Paris, the group stayed at the Le Mathurin Hotel & Spa for a luxurious stay in the city center. They went on a bus sightseeing tour to see the highlights of the City of Light. After seeing some iconic destinations, they went on a group tour of the Louvre. Getting to see the Mona Lisa and countless other masterpieces in person was one of the highlights of the trip! Afterwards, the group of coworkers sailed on the Seine River getting to see the beauty of Paris at night while having dinner. Next, they naturally had to catch a show at the Moulin Rouge accompanied by some champagne. To top off their visit to Paris, they visited the Eiffel Tower and dined inside the tower at Madame Brasserie. After they toured Paris, they packed their bags and headed over to their next stop, Mykonos!
Mykonos
After a busy first leg of the trip, the group wanted to spend their time in Mykonos relaxing. They checked into their next hotel, Nissaki Boutique Hotel, and raved about their experience as well as the beautiful ocean views. With no scheduled tours for this portion of their trip, they spent their time shopping in Mykonos Town. They also went to the Blue Myth Restaurant to celebrate “Greek Night” complete with traditional music and dancing. It was a nice change of pace for them to visit the beaches and experience the blue waters of Mykonos before discovering the ancient Greek history in Athens.
Athens
On their last leg of the trip, the group checked into the Sofitel Athens Airport Hotel for their last couple of nights. They kicked off Athens by doing a private half-day tour visiting sites such as the Parthenon and the New Acropolis Museum. They also went to the Acropol Restaurant in Plaka for lunch. They enjoyed immersing themselves in the history of Greece and seeing the ancient ruins.
Overall, the trip was a success even when minor issues arose. Maria was able to keep in constant contact with the group and resolve anything that the group was having issues with. With this being their first trip to both France and Greece, having Maria to organize and plan their trip was integral to the enjoyment of their trip.
